In the last 3 years
The monthly Personnel Case Conference Group meets monthly to carry
out an assessment of incoming employment tribunal cases to identify
any recordable conduct matters.
In the last three years:
a) How many employment tribunal cases have been assessed in this
way?
b) In how many cases was recordable conduct identified?
c) How many of those cases were forwarded to the Professional
Standards Department for recording and investigation?

I acknowledge receipt of your enquiry, which we received on 31 July 2011, requesting information concerning
a) How many employment tribunal cases have been assessed at a Personal Case Conference Group meeting?
b) In how many cases was recordable conduct identified?
c) How many of those cases were forwarded to the Professional Standards Department for recording and investigation?

Gloucestershire Constabulary Freedom of Information request 2011.3291
On the 2nd August 2011 you sent a letter constituting a request under the Freedom of Information Act asking the following:

c) How many of those cases were forwarded to the Professional Standards Department for recording and investigation?
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 s1, I can confirm that the Gloucestershire Constabulary holds some relevant information.
a) All employment tribunals are raised at the Personnel Case Conference group (PCCG).
b) None.
c) None.
If you are not satisfied with this response or any actions taken in dealing with your request, you have the right to ask that we review your case under our internal procedure.
If you decide to request that such a review is undertaken and following this process you are still unsatisfied, you then have the right to direct your complaint to the Information Commissioner for consideration.
