Dear Mr Soles

Thank you for your request. I can confirm that Ashford Borough Council
is committed to being open, honest, transparent and accountable. The
Local Code of Corporate Governance (2008) was approved by the Selection
and Constitution Review Committee on 10 June 2008 and can be viewed on
our website.
