Dear Ashfield District Council,

I am aware of the org structure and reasons why ashfield homes was
set up but I would like to be provided with any memo, email, report
or draft, any format that has since demonstrated that the benefits
have been realised.

In short is ashfield homes producing the benefits it was set up
for.

the last three years information will be sufficient and I require
them to be sent electronically to this email address.

If you fail to find any information I will take it that ashfield
homes has failed to meet its benefit targets
