Have you commissioned a regulatory body to carry out an assessment
over the last decade to the present moment ?
Why has Acis Health and safety appointed person and members of

David Bryant of the public services sector Gave HA,s And local

you did not act on this Guidance ?

Yours faithfully,

The reply given to your request is typically evasive.
ACIS claimed in the press in October 2009 to have been 'accredited' by two organisations known as SLCNG and Housemartk (look them up on the web)after an assessment consisting of 70 different 'fair and robust' criteria.

You may wish to try to contact these two organisations
to ask if their 70 'accreditation' assessment criteria included your questions re asbestos. Alternatively a FOI request to WLDC as ACIS co-agency
could be made. When I put this request I was dubbed 'vexatious'.

If ACIS were assessed for 'accreditation' was WLDC (and Lincs Police), co-agencies of ACIS also 'assessed'
...if not why were they not included in the a
'assessment' process. Two and two are making five here.
Unless, of course, there never was an 'assessment' in the first place.

Good luck with this ...my efforts have drawn a blank...initially my request for answers to these issues met with an abrupt termination of the telephone conversation...ACIS, SLCNG and Housemark have gone to ground and fail to answer correspondence.
