acknowledgement from the FOI Office confirmed receipt on the 29 January

4 March 2009
Dear FOI,
Your ASB 'Team' carried out covert surveillance on me and friends
gathering false evidence of my alleged ASB . It seems reasonable to
ask for sight of the documentation thus engendered.
Hiding behind sec. 41 of the FoI Act reveals that
you have something to hide. Hence your response is considered as
'evasive'.
2. The action I would like you to take re 2 is to simply provide
the information requested as follows :
your agent Parker entered the premises of my friends and neighbours
and indicated maliciously that she had 'intelligence' that I had
been 'banned from the restaurant. This is untrue.
I simply wanted to know what this supposed intelligence was and
where it originated.
Your agent Parker is suspected of fabricating the 'intelligence'
hence to let me know the origin would exonnerate her. Of course, if
she is unable to do this the conclusion is obvious.
Yours sincerely,
James Murray

James Murray left an annotation (26 February 2009)
to the HA failed to cause the nuisance to be abated. Frequently I had to abandon my home. Finally I was put in court by ACIS accused on the basis of malicious false 'witness statements' of asb. Full true account of events can be found on www.rottenborough and www.psow inter alia.
This is not 'ranty politics' but the truth.
