For info :
delay evasion and obfuscation are tools in trade of West Lindsey District Council. This delay comes as no surprise.
The reason for this request is that at a recent meeting
the Chief Executive (D Sharkey) of WLDC was asked specifically how many person were subject to the ;single point of contact' treatment. He replied untruthfully ,'One'. It was pointed out to him immediately that his statement was untrue.

Dear Marlow, Lyn,
You have not supplied the information requested nor given any
explanation as to why it was delayed.
I did not ask for personal information I wanted to know simply
where your ASB team operated on the dates given. Your reply evades
the issue.
I wish to make a formal complaint against Mr D Sharkey
who indicated to me before three witnesses that only one person was
subject to the 'single point of contact
treatment'. He must have known that this was not the truth as he
was the person who authorised the treatment in the first place.
Yours sincerely,
James Murray

This is typical of WLDC duplicity. Claiming that 'it is intended to deal with requests promptly' then ignoring this.

Dear FOI,
At a meeting in December last, your CE, D. Sharkey, before three
witnesses, when asked specifically how many persons he had
sentenced to the 'single point of contact' treatment, replied
immediately and unequivocally : ONE'
This misleading answer was not truthful. I and my companion at the
meeting, personally know two others.
You were asked the same question (FOI request no. 456) and after a
delay, you replied 'TWO'.
Today you sent me an email claiming that I am 'the only person
subject to this treatment' Further you claim to be (with another
person) responsible for the allocating of the 'single point of
contact ' status.
This contradicts my experience, and that of the other two victims
who were sentenced by your CE, D Sharkey personally.

James Murray

Dear FOI,
You still have not provided information requested :
on 18th December 2008 yr CE when asked how many persons he had
sentenced to 'single point of contact' treatment
replied :'One'. This was untrue.
You have stated on this site thta there were 'Two'.
I personally knew that there were more than one.
Respond please or admit that your CE has been untruthful, less than
truthful.
Little wonder that this dishonesty is reflected in the general tone
of his council.

Dear FOI,
Your response to this request originally made eleven months ago is
long overdue. Surely, as you have no answer to the untruthfulness
of your Chief Executive D Sharkey it would now be appropriate to
come clean and admit and offer some kind of public apology and
offer of amends.
You have ignored my request for an internal revieww.

Dear FOI,
'Nothing more we an add' indicates that you have no answers to
questions raised more than a year ago.
I am still waiting for an explanation as to why your dishonest CE D
Sharkey lied in December 2008 when he was asked how many persons he
had sentenced to the 'single point of contact' administrative ploy
answered before no less than three witnesses 'One'. This was
blatantly untrue and dishonest.
Thank heavens Sharkey appears to be leaving to corrupt some other
council.
This cannot come too soon ....good riddance !
Yours sincerely,
James Murray
