Dear FOI,
Your council has already conceded that their unmarked
surveillance was in Tealby in June 2008 when it was alleged to have
broken down.

You are referred to previous FOI requests concerning the vehicle
S718 ACP Rover when requests were made for documentation [log
,book, insurance certificate etc] of the vehicle. Most
unsatisfactory answers were received ie incomplete documents with
parts blacked out.

Dear FOI,

As you wrongly claim that no covert surveillance took place at
Tealby in 2008, I rephrase my FOI request as follows :

Two individuals of your ASB 'Team' were commissioned by ACIS Group
to obtain 'evidence ' of the alleged ASB of a villager. This they
did without consulting him or asking his side of the story.

At the material times of these 'investigations' what procedures or
policies were in place concerning ASB operations.

Dear FOI,
You answers are misleading and confusing and not totally honest. In
particular you deny that covert surveillance was carried out at
Tealby when your ASB team claimed that they had been commissioned
by ACIS Group to obtain 'evidence' of the ASB of an innocent
resident There has been no satisfactory explanation as to what your
allegedly 'broken down'vehicle was doing in Tealby during May/June
2008.

Your minutes of the 'Wolds meeting' at Tealby village Hall 10.2009
are inaccurate as they make no
reference to the sole Tealby resident who took part giving a full
and accurate account of his ill treatment by ACIS/ WLDC/ LIncs
police unholy trinity.
