Dear Sir or Madam,

I wish to enquire about the above company which according to its
paperwork has two guises, hence the double identity above. Firstly,
do either of the above named entities have a Consumer Credit
Licence registered with you. Secondly how many complaints have you
received regarding the behaviour of either of the two named
entities. Thirdly if you have received complaints how many have
been dealt with by the oFT and what are the outcomes.

Typical.
Yes they have a CC licence I checked recently.
In fact they have one also for AGGL their Guernsey office.
