Dear Sir or Madam,
Thank you for your reply and for clarification of an Arrestable
Offence for which DNA may be collected.
However I'm afraid my question of 'how many?' has not been
answered. I do not have the knowledge to know what the Statutory
Instruments mean. I would hope that the Home Office would have to
hand the total number of offences, If nothing else then simply as a
sanity check on how many offences are on the books!
