Aries total cost and some more questions

Dear Department for International Development,

I'd like a total for the ARIES project, from the initialprocurement
process resulting in the selection of the Agresso-ledconsortium in
2005, through design, implementation and training tothe end of 2009
and till 2011.

* Pre-selection procurement costs including the tendering process
* Total DFID staff costs for members of the ARIES project
team,including DFID trainers
* Total amount paid to Agresso for development, implementation
andtraining delivered by Agresso
* Total amount paid to Agresso for training services provided
byOptimum Technology Transfer (Agresso's end-user training
subcontractor)
* Total amount paid to (Tribal-)Helm for change management services
* Total for any additional costs other than the above (eg printing)
* Total cost to recruit Aries support team in India.( Why
recruitmnet advertisement was for three posts and 4 individuals
were seelcted?
* Why Axis(Aries part 2) doesnt materealises?
* Why Oracle and SAP was denied as they are good ERP's as compare
to Agresso?
* Whether Agresso was worth customising that for 5 years? Is DFID
business is that complex?
