Dear Sylvie Hall,
you state in your response
"The money we receive from these grants goes towards our overall
revenue spending rather than being earmarked for individual
organisations. So it is therefore not possible to provide a list of
organisations as requested."
I am appealing against your reason for refusing to give me the
information as it mis-leading, as the lack of ring-fencing has no
baring on which organisations or individuals the grant funding is
allocated to.
Kindly pass on my appeal to an independent (of the council) panel
to re-assess my request.
Yours sincerely,
T. Morgan

Dear Camden Borough Council,
I sent the council a reply on 14 Nov 2011 requesting an internal
review and have not received even an acknowledgement. It is now 20
Dec 2011.
According to the Information Commissioners Office 20 working days
is a reasonable time limit for organisations to complete an
internal review from first receiving a request for a review.
Kindly let me know when my requested review was completed and what
the outcome is.
Yours faithfully,
T. Morgan
