angie of the elder family made this Freedom of Information request to Her Majesty’s Courts and the Tribunals Service

The request was successful.

From: angie of the elder family

19 October 2010

Dear Her Majesty's Courts Service,

Please provide evidence that all magistrates are actually on or
under the oath they swore each and everytime they are in court.

Each time a case is heard are the presiding judges / magistrates /
justices of the peace on oath AT THAT TIME?

YES or NO would suffice if you need to keep your answer brief

Yours faithfully,

angie of the elder family
