Are you a non departmental government body? If so why isn't my
student loan taken into account by The Child Support Agency/ CMEC
when they calculate maintenance assessments? These are both non
departmental government bodies.

I can confirm that the Student Loans Company is a Non-Departmental Public
Body.
The Child Support Agency will be able to advise why student loan repayments
are not taken into consideration when calculating maintenance assessments.
