Could you please confirm whether or not Gatwick Express and/or
Standard Express are registered companies that are currently
trading. If they are, could you please direct me to their entries
in Companies House.
(I am querying this to determine whether Condition 10 of the
National Rail Conditions of Carriage is applicable to Gatwick
Express and/or Stansted Express services.)

Dear Mr Jones,
Thank you for your e-mail.
We received your request on Friday 23^rd December 2011. The three bank
holidays on Monday 26^th & Tuesday 27^th December 2011 & Monday 2^nd
January 2012 do not count as working days therefore we are due to provide
you with a response by no later than Wednesday 25^th January 2012. I’ve
also copied this e-mail to the case handler within the Department to
remind them that you are due a reply within the next couple of days.
