Dear Mr Jenman

Re: Request for Information

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request. Please accept my
apologies for the delay in responding to your request. I can confirm that
Eastleigh Borough Council does hold this information, as set out below.

Four different scenarios were presented in the paper to help inform how
much new housing the Council should be looking to provide for in the draft
Local Plan 2011-2029.

None of the four scenarios presented are derived from a housing-led
approach. However, the paper does present the demographic implications of
building at a variety of different rates of house building. The
demographic data was provided by Hampshire County Council.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any other enquiries
regarding your request.
