Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
Please see “Our Ref. VTR 1968 request-18494”
1. I am very sorry for my clear lack of understanding but your
response shown directly below is still very vague. If Current CSCS
CSA1 clients and CSA2 clients are “not to be migrated” to the new
gross scheme (CMEC) then does that mean they will be expected to
stay on the existing scheme (which ever that may be) until there
current CSA1\CSA2 case expires or is closed? Are CSCS\CS2 going to
ever be on the new CMEC rules or not?
Your previous FOA:
"2 & 5. As we have previously advised you, cases existing under the
old and current
scheme will not be migrated to the new gross income scheme. Please
refer to our
Freedom of Information response dated 27 August 2009 (Ref. VTR
1561) and the
Government’s White Paper quoted in that letter for further details.
The Commission is currently considering how to manage the
transition process and
will bring forward regulations during 2010."
2. What is the “transition process”.
Yours faithfully,
A Butcher
