Dear Charity Commission for England and Wales,
Please provide me with copies of all the Regulatory Case Reports
which you published during 2011 and which have since been
"Archived" ie removed from your website, as listed here:
http://www.charitycommission.gov.uk/Our_...
At the time of my making this request that seems to be the reports
on Children's Air Ambulance, London Philharmonic Orchestra Ltd and
Politics and Economics Research Trust.
Can I request that you consider leaving these reports on your
website rather than removing them after six months ?
Yours faithfully,
Ian Jackson

L. Lluva left an annotation ( 3 June 2012)
They told me at the time that they did not retain the reports on their website for longer than 6 months, "to avoid embarrassing the charities concerned". Those were their words.
(And I'm now dealing with a current Inquiry where the Commission would neither confirm nor deny the existence of the Inquiry over the phone.)
