Dear FOI Officer

Could you please provide the following:

1 a copy of the pay scales for all staff employed by University of
Birmingham or by any subsidiary (such as Birmingham Archaeology,
Ironbridge Institute and Institute of Archaeology & Antiquity) who
is working in any field associated with archaeology (including but
not limited to for example geomatics, processing of finds, field
work, archaeology project management, senior managers and
archaeology support staff etc.)

2 details of any allowances (such as regional pay or London
weighting) that are paid in addition to these scales.

3 details of your overtime policy and sick pay policy for these
staff together with details of any non-financial benefits.

4 details of any pension scheme accessible to employees on these
pay scales with a summary of the percentage of salary of the
employer contribution and employee contribution.

If your grades have been assessed using a job evaluation system
(such as Hay) could you please also provide details of the system
used and the score for each of the grades in the pay scales.
