Archaeological Findings Removed From Iraq

Paul Thomas made this Freedom of Information request to Ministry of Defence

The request was successful.

From: Paul Thomas

21 October 2009

Dear Sir or Madam,

Please could you give me details under the Freedom of Information
act, on any archaeological materials which have been removed from
Iraq by British forces since 1988 - date.

and details of any prominent archaeological materials which were
previously unknown to the British Government which have been
catalogued and remain in Iraq or have been removed to other
destinations out side of the UK.

I appreciate that this could be too time consuming in which case
details of the last 10 years would be fine if possible.

Yours faithfully,

Paul Thomas
