AQW 4461 ~ Direct Replacements

Dear Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety
(Northern Ireland),

In his written responses to AQW 4461/11-15 the Minister confirmed
that 13 of the intensive care ventilators purchased between 1 April
and 31 December 2011 were in fact direct replacements (BHSCT:1 &
SEHSCT 12).

Please confirm (i) the asset no of the items in question; and
(ii)how the 13 "replaced ventilators and associated items of
equipment" were disposed off; and (iii) if appropriate on what
date(s)were the respective entries in the Trusts assets registers
noted?
