Dear Holliday, Kate,

I am afraid I do not accept that referring me to a publication that
costs to purchase is a suitable way of making the information that
I request accessible.

The publication that you have referred to is a profit-making book
which is not published by the National Probation Service. Clearly,
the NPS hold the information that I have asked for, as you have
acknowledged in your response. I am therefore looking for you to
provide this information, electronically.

I am some distance away from my local library, to which you refer,
and having spoken to them, a copy of this publication is not
available, nor are they able to source a copy for me.

Given you have added one further approved premises in your
response, I presume you have all of the information that I require
in electronic format.

I therefore request an internal review of my request with a view to
obtaining the necessary information.

Yours sincerely,

Christopher Stacey LL.B, LL.M
