Dear Sir or Madam,
Under the Communications Act 2003, Communications Service Provider
(CSP) are required to get Ofcom approval of their 'Code of
Practice' (CoP) and to have an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
service available.
Since the Act came into force can you please provide the following
information:
1. A list of the those CSPs that have had their CoP approved by
Ofcom
2. A list of CSPs that have submitted their CoP but have yet to
have them approved by Ofcom
3. A list of CSPs that have submitted the details of their ADR to
Ofcom
