Appointment Process for Blaenau Gwent's Education Commissioners

Dear Welsh Assembly Government/Llywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru,

This is a request under the Freedom of information act.

I am seeking any information you hold relating to the appointment /
recruitment contract process for the 2 Commissioners and 2
Assistant Commissioners for Blaenau Gwent's Education Service.

I am particularly interested in the process used to let the
contracts / recruit suitable people, with full details of the
advetisement / contract letting process, along with selection
criteria.

I am also interested in any communicaiton to the successful
appointees inviting them to bid / apply before the formal process.

I obviously fully understand if you have to redact personal /
commercially sensitive information.
