Dear Stockport Borough Council,
1)How many parents have applied for a Statutory Assessment of SEN
for their child since 2005?
2) Of those parents, how many were successful in their application
first time?
3) Of those parents, how many were unsuccessful in their
application first time?
4) Of the parents in 3), how many parents appealed or complained
and subsequently had their application accepted?
5) How many parents of children in Stockport have compained to
SENDIST since 2005?
6) Of those parents in 5), how many cases were unopposed/ withdrawn
by Stockport LA i.e. parents received the outcome that they had
wanted without going to Tribunal?

Stockport Council will respond to your request within 20 working days.
