31 January 2012
Dear Gosport Borough Council,
During the period 1st January 2011 and 1st January 2012 there were
25 retrospective planning applications of which 25 were granted by
Gosport Borough Council's planning department.
There are two main reasons of retrospective planning applications
being sought.
1. Where a structure was built without any planning permission.
2.Where a structure was built with planning permission but not
built to the approved plans.
My question is please:-
How many retrospective planning applications were granted for the
first reason.
Yours faithfully,
Robert Bartlett
