Application for a Judicial Review
afham made this Freedom of Information request to Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council
The request was successful.
From: afham
1 March 2011
Dear Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council,
I applied for a settlement outside the immigration law last April
2010. I received a refusal with no right of appeal in August 2010..
But the decision was unlawful and against the guidelines.
But since my circumstances changed, I applied for asylum which is
still under process in Tribunal.
I would like to know whether I can apply for a judicial review to
the Royal court of justice despite having a pending asylum claim?
Regards
Yours faithfully,
afham
