Liability and Civil Penalty to the UK County Courts from 1st July

2) How many of these appeals were successful for the Employer in:
a) Quashing completely the Notification of Liability and Civil
Penalty imposed by UKBA
b) Reducing the Penalty amount from the original Notification of
Liability and Civil Penalty imposed by UKBA
3) How many Employers lost their appeal and were directed to pay
UKBA costs for the appeal
Yours faithfully,
Shahie Ali
