Dear Mr Jones

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST REF: 2009-281

I am responding to your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000,
which we received on 25/05/2009 for information held by the Council. You
requested the following information:

Can you please provide details (name, surname and job title) of any
Kensington & Chelsea Borough Council's employee and councillor who held a
free car parking permit in the borough of Kensington & Chelsea as at 30th
April 2009.

There are no free parking permits available to Council employees and
Councillors.

Anyone who resides in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea may make
an application for a permit so long as they can provide proof of their
residency along with the necessary documents required. If successful they
must pay the appropriate fee for the permit. This includes applications
from Councillors or staff members who live in the borough. Please note
that employment information is not recorded on the permit application so
statistically we would not be able to provide such data if it existed.

copying or adaptation of the information without express written
confirmation from the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea will
constitute an infringement of copyright. Any intention to re-use this
information commercially will require consent. Please forward any requests
for re-use of information to the FOI officer ([1][RBKC request email]).

Complaints

I trust this has satisfied your request. Should you be unhappy with the
handling of your request, the Council has an internal complaints process
for handling FOI Act complaints. Complaints are reviewed by the Town Clerk
and Chief Executive or his nominee. A form is available from our website
to lodge your complaint
