Dear Mr Jenkins,
Thank you for your prompt response to my request.
I do not intend to submit a request for an internal review but am
disappointed that the Cabinet Office did not comply with their duty
under Section 16 of the Freedom of Information Act to provide
advice and assistance to requesters.
I understand that the Information Commissioner's Office are
monitoring requests made through this website and would hope that
they will take note of the failure to advise and assist in this
case as the Act required.
Yours sincerely,
Stephen Gradwick
