Dear Bristol City Council,
I am seeking a summary of the amount of money spent by each Bristol
nursery or Early Years setting during the 2008/9 and 2009/10
financial years on Temporary staff.
By summary, I mean the data that is provided by nurseries at the
end of the financial year to the council, showing what they have
spent for that year.
(This information relates to lines CFR 02 & CFR 26 of the schools
Consistent Financial reporting system.)
I will accept the data on an excel spreadsheet, ideally with the
following headers:
School Name> CFR 02 Spend 08/09> CFR 26 Spend 08/09
eg.
School Name ----- CFR 02 Spend 08/09 ---CFR 26 Spend 08/09
Joe Bloggs High School ----- 99,199 ----- 24,199
Jane Doe Primary School ----- 17,276 ------ 27,999
If you require any further assistance, please contact me.
Yours faithfully,
Louise Hitchcock

Dear Laura,
Thank you for your FOI request, which is detailed below.
I am seeking a summary of the amount of money spent by each Bristol
nursery or Early Years setting during the 2008/9 and 2009/10
financial years on Temporary staff.
Please find attached a spreadsheet which details the spend for 08/09 and
09/10 in relation to nursery schools. We are unable to provide any data
for 'early years' other than the attached, as we do not have the level of
detail necessary to supply you with the info for nursery classes, and
Children's Centres are not required to report in this format.
This response should answer your request in full, however if you are not
satisfied with this response or wish to lodge an appeal against any
exemptions that may have been applied, you can do so by writing to the
Data Protection Officer at Bristol City Council Legal Services, The
Council House, College Green, Bristol, or [Bristol City Council request email]. Details of
the complaints procedure can be found at
[1]http://www.bristol.gov.uk/complaints.
If, after you have exhausted the council’s complaints procedure, you are
still not satisfied with the response you have received you have the right
to complain to the Information Commissioner, details of your right to
complain can be found at http://www.ico.gov.uk/complaints.aspx
