Dear Leeds City Council,
Following the double fatal incident a few days ago.
"Under the general requirements of the Freedom of Information Act
2000, I would be grateful if you would provide the following
information in relation to the A647 Stanningley By Pass between its
junction with Richardshaw Lane and the A6110 (Ring Rd Bramley)
junction for the last couple of surveys
* Dates of all safety inspections undertaken on the carriage way in
the last two years
* Details of all carriage way defects identified during safety
inspections in the last two years
* Details of how carriage way safety inspections are undertaken
* The intended frequency of carriage way safety inspections.
* Details of all complaints and/or enquiries relating to the
carriage way, received in the last two years.
* The hierarchy classification.
* The road/section number.
* The defect intervention criteria adopted in relation to the
identification of all categories of footway potholes (in other
words, this means how they define a pothole as requiring attention)
* The time period(s) adopted between identification and repair
(temporary and permanent) of all categories of footway defects.
* Whether or not the authority has formally adopted all or part of
the standards contained within the national code of practice for
highways maintenance management.
* Whether or not the authority has complied with section 41(1) of
the HA 1980.

Dear Leeds City Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Leeds City Council's
handling of my FOI request 'Annual Safety Survey for A647'.
I have yet to receive an acknowledgement never mind a reply
you should have answered my request by now
there are time limits set by the Freedom of information Act
I take it that you have broken the law by failing to reply
and will continue my complaint if you fail to answer this request
