I presume to be for the year 2008/9), however I can't locate it on
your website which only has a link to your 2007/8 report.

Thank you for your enquiry.
Our 2008/9 report is still at draft stage I'm afraid, although I'm told that it should be laid in Parliament within the next couple of weeks. If there are specific questions you have about the activity of the Agency during the last Financial Year that you'd like to make, we will be happy to consider these separately. I should mention however, that it is likely that the exemption under Section 22 of the Act (information intended for future publication) may apply.
