fixed telephony infrastructure (switches etc).
Please also confirm the make of the telephony provider for the
fixed telephony infrastructure installed within the Authority's
premises.

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request dated 10 September.

You have requested the following:

Annual costs to the TSA to support our fixed telephony infrastructure and the make of provider of the infrastructure.

There are two contracts that support the TSA's fixed telephony infrastructure, British Telecommuniations and Cable & Wireless. In the financial year 2009/10 the costs were as follows:

BT £83,270.88
C&W £25,812.55
Total £109,083.43
