Dear Camden Borough Council,
Please provide me with a copy of the councils annual complaints
report for 2009/10 as it doesn't appear to be on the councils
website. I can only find reference to the report for 2008/9 as
below.
" 13.COMPLAINTS – ANNUAL REPORT 2008/2009 (CSP/2009/09)
Report of the Assistant Chief Executive
This report advises the Executive of the progress achieved in
changing the way Camden deals with complaints as part of the
Council’s customer service programme.
It also informs the Executive about the formal complaints received
by the Council during the municipal year 2008/2009.
The report fulfills the obligation to report to the Executive on
those complaints dealt with by the Local Government Ombudsman and
his annual management letter."
Yours faithfully,
T. Morgan
