Dear Independent Police Complaints Commission,
I have read today in the linked article below that a senior
Metropolitan police officer pursued a relationship with a member of
the IPCC, namely a Nikki Redmond. In relation to this may I have
the following;
1. The position of Mrs Nikki Redmond at the IPCC (all offices held)
2. A list (case reference number) of any cases at the IPCC for
which Mrs Redmond may have had any involvement
3. Copies of any press release statements drafted or sent in
relation to this matter
4. copies of any internal discussion/meeting minutes in relation to
this matter of public concern

This information is of considerable interest with respect to the
recent News of the World scandal and the IPCC's alleged
independence as a regulator of the police.
Yours faithfully,
Mr Paul Andrews

Dear Independent Police Complaints Commission,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Independent Police
Complaints Commission's handling of my FOI request 'Andy Haywood
reported relationship'.
The IPCC has refused information on the grounds that it would
offend the DPA. I disagree and wish for a full review of the
request prior to referral to the ICO.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:
