Analysis of Procurement

Dear Department for Communities and Local Government,

I am requesting the following information.

I would like to know the dates, if any, on which one or more of the
names that appear in the list below were logged as visitors to
Eland House, Bressenden Place, London SW1E 5DU.

My request relates to the period 1 May 2011 and 30 June 2011.

For the purposes of this request a name is considered to appear
either when the surname and forename, as spelt below, appear on the
visitor log or when the initial for the forename and the surname,
as spelt below, appear on the visitor log. I have not supplied a
gender for the names listed below. If the name K. Adamson was
recorded on the visitor log, for example, that would count as a
match for the purposes of this request regardless of whether the
individual themselves was male, female or of unspecified gender.

I do not wish to know the names of the individuals that appear on
the visitor log. I do wish to know the dates, if any, on which one
or more of the names listed below appear on the visitor log.
