Amount spent on Denny town centre flats

Dear Falkirk Council,

With regard to the dilapidated flats in Denny town centre, could
you kindly provide accounts of the amounts spent on the upkeep of
the buildings since being decommissioned for use as housing.

In particular, could the cost of security (including "boarding up"
of the buildings), cost of scaffolding, cost of maintenance
(including waterproofing) and any other relevant costs be included
in your report.
