Amount of Parking fines issued in Shakespeare Road, Tonbridge

Natasha made this Freedom of Information request to Kent County Council

Kent County Council did not have the information requested.

From: Natasha

18 March 2010

Dear Kent County Council,

I am writing to request under the Freedom of Information Act,
(2000), how many parking fines have been issued in the residential
area of Shakespeare Road, Tonbridge and its adjacent roads of;
Burns Crescent, College Ave, Masefield Way, Scott Rd, Brindles’
Field, The Spinney, Hillside, Keyes Gardens, Milton Gardens,
Chaucer Gardens and Westrise.

I would like the figures from January 2009 and I am making this
request because I am investigating whether students from the nearby
West Kent College/Judd School are increasingly parking in the
residential area due to insufficient parking Spaces.

Yours faithfully,

Natasha Wraight

Dear Ms Wraight

Thank you for your request about parking fines.

I am afraid that Kent County Council does not hold this information. In
Kent, the 12 district councils and Medway Council, a unitary authority,
are responsible for parking enforcement, so you will need to contact
Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council for this information
