Thank you for your request for information received on 28 February 2011.

Following your previous request in relation to Alyson Gerner, a Deputy
Director in the Department, and Common Purpose (ref: 2010/0046164) you
asked for the following:

1. Invoices rec'd from Common Purpose during the last 6 months (from Aug
2010).
2. E-Mails between Alyson Gerner and Common Purpose from September 2010.

I have dealt with your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
("the Act").

For part one of your request, there has been no invoices from Common
Purpose from August 2010.

Information for part two of your request is enclosed. Similar to the
response given to your previous request, names within the email threads
other than Alyson Gerner have been removed under the personal data
exemptions of under the Freedom of Information Act (Section 40).

If you have any queries about this letter, please contact me. Please
remember to quote the reference number above in any future communications.

If you are unhappy with the way your request has been handled, you should
make a complaint to the Department by writing to me within two calendar
