The application that was received by the Council on 4th January 2009 has
now been considered and this email is a full response to that
application.

Your request was to be supplied with answers to the questions on
allotments and their waiting lists. The Council does hold the
information that you have requested and answers to your questions are
given against each one in your original email below.

Please note that the information supplied to you continues to be
protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. You can use
the information supplied for your own purposes, including any
non-commercial research you are doing and for the purposes of news
reporting. Any other reuse such as commercial publication would require

4) Are any of these waiting lists closed to further applications?

5) How many new council allotment sites were brought into use in 2009?

d) total number of new plots
24x half size plots have been brought back into use, but these are not
new.
