Dear Sir or Madam,

On 22nd December I submitted a Freedom of Information request, and
have not yet had a response. By law, the response had to be prompt,
but no later than 23rd January 2009.

Please could you follow this up.

Yours sincerely,

Dear Ms Campbell

With reference to your FOI request sent in December to us.
Unfortunately having looked at our FOI database I can find no record of
having received it. Therefore I would ask if you would be kind enough
to resubmit it.

I can only apologise and will make sure that someone deals with it
promptly as it does not appear to have reached here in December.

Could you please e-mail the request again to [email address] as
I will be out of the office for the next two days on leave.

Many thanks for your help in this matter.

Kind regards
