council has access to waiting list data?
2) How many plots are on these sites?

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am still waiting for some of the data on allotment waiting lists
which I first requested on the 19th December.
I would be very grateful if you could look at this, as it is now
well outside the 20 working days required by the FOI Act.
My request was as follows:
19th Dec - "please could you tell me:
1) How many allotment sites are there in the Council area for which
the council has access to waiting list data?
2) In total, how many plots are on these sites ?
3) In total, how many people are on these waiting lists for an
allotment?
4) Are any of these waiting lists closed to further applications?
5) How many sites are there in total in the Council area?"
I received a reply but no answer to my question no.2.
Then on the 29th February:
"Dear Dave Woolrich M,
Could I please have the figure for the total number of plots on the
25 sites managed by the council?"
Yours sincerely,
Margaret Campbell
