As of December 2008, please could you tell me:
1) How many allotment sites are there in the Council area for which
the council has access to waiting list data?
2) How many plots are on these sites?
3) How many people are on these waiting lists for an allotment?
4) Are any of these waiting lists closed to further applications?
5) How many sites are there in total in the Council area?

Dear Madam
Response to your request dated 21st December (reproduced below) is as
follows ;
As of December 2008, please could you tell me:
1) How many allotment sites are there in the Council area for which
the council has access to waiting list data?
19 allotment sites
2) How many plots are on these sites?
589 plots of which 488 are let.
3) How many people are on these waiting lists for an allotment?
267 people A number of people, on the waiting list, have been
offered plots and we are waiting confirmation from them
4) Are any of these waiting lists closed to further applications?
The waiting list has been closed at 5 sites
5) How many sites are there in total in the Council area?
19 allotment sites
