As of January 2009, please could you tell me:
1) How many allotment sites are there in the Council area for which
the council has access to waiting list data?
2) In total, how many plots are on these sites ?
3) In total, how many people are on these waiting lists for an
allotment?
4) Are any of these waiting lists closed to further applications?
5) How many sites are there in total in the Council area?

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - REQUEST FOR INFORMATION
I am writing in respect of your recent enquiry for information held by the
Council under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act.
Please find enclosed the information requested. However you should note
that the information may contain copyright material, the copyright may
belong to the council or a third party, and if you want to re-use or copy
the information e.g. commercially or to pass on to others, in most cases
you will need to apply for a copyright licence.
Information correct at 31 January 2009
1. The Council has access to waiting list data for 6 allotment sites
in West Lancashire District
2. In total, there are 85 plots on these sites
3. In total, there are 209 people on the waiting lists for these
sites
4. None of these waiting lists are closed to the public
5. There are a total of 7 sites in the Council area.
