As of January 2009, please could you tell me:

1) How many allotment sites are there in the Council area for which
the council has access to waiting list data?

2) In total, how many plots are on these sites ?

3) In total, how many people are on these waiting lists for an
allotment?

4) Are any of these waiting lists closed to further applications?

5) How many sites are there in total in the Council area?

5. The Council has no information.

The majority of allotment sites locally are dealt with by Parish Councils.
A full list of local Parish Councils and their Clerks can be found on the
Council's website, [1]www.ne-derbyshire.gov.uk

If you disagree with our decision or are otherwise unhappy with how this
response has been dealt with you may invoke the Council's Complaints
procedure which ensures that a complaint is logged and given a unique
reference number. Details of the scheme can be found on the Council's
website.

Should you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you have the right under
Section 50 of the Freedom of Information Act to appeal against the
decision by contacting the Information Commissioner, Wyycliffe House,
