As of January 2009, please could you tell me:
1) How many allotment sites are there in the Council area for which
the council has access to waiting list data?
2) In total, how many plots are on these sites ?
3) In total, how many people are on these waiting lists for an
allotment?
4) Are any of these waiting lists closed to further applications?
5) How many sites are there in total in the Council area?

the Freedom of Information Act you should have replied by now, and
are breaking the law.

Dear Ms Campell
My sincerest apologies for the delay in this matter. In answer to the
below queries:-
1) There is one allotment site owned by NCDC and one waiting list for
this that NCDC has access to.
2) There are 16 plots on this site.
3) 13 people are currently on the waiting list.
4) This waiting list is not closed to further applications.
5) I do not have this information. I am aware that the Bodmin Town
Council and the Launceston Town Council have allotments.
