Dear Ms Campbell,

Further to your Freedom of Information request received by Braintree
District Council, I write to advise that the Council holds the following
information in respect of your request.

For ease of reference your request is repeated below followed by the
Council's reply.

1) How many allotment sites are there in the Council area for which
the council has access to waiting list data?

Within the Braintree District there are 13 allotment sites for
which there are waiting lists.

2) In total, how many plots are on these sites ?

In total there are 216 plots.

3) In total, how many people are on these waiting lists for an
allotment?

There are 478 people currently on the Council's waiting list.

4) Are any of these waiting lists closed to further applications?

No.

5) How many sites are there in total in the Council area?

There are 13 Braintree District Council sites. The Council
does not hold information on non-Council allotments.

If you disagree with the Council's decision in respect of your freedom
of information request or are otherwise unhappy with how the Council has
