1) How many allotment sites are there in the Borough for which the
council has access to waiting list data?
2) How many plots are on these sites?
3) How many people are on these waiting lists for an allotment?
4) Are any of these waiting lists closed to further applications?
5) How many sites are there in total in the Borough?

On 19th December I submitted a Freedom of Information request, and
have not yet had a response. By law, the response had to be prompt
but no later than 22 January 2009.

Dear Margaret,
Can I apologise for the delay. The response was compiled several weeks
ago but has clearly not got through to you for some reason.
Further to your recent enquiry regarding the above I am pleased to
respond as follows:
1) How many allotment sites are there in the Borough for which the
council has access to waiting list data?
We have 5 Sites for which we have direct access.
2) How many plots are on these sites?
These sites have 310 plots in total.
3) How many people are on these waiting lists for an allotment?
Our records show that 571 people are on how waiting lists.
4) Are any of these waiting lists closed to further applications?
None of these lists are closed to applicants at this time.
5) How many sites are there in total in the Borough?
There are 12 sites in total across the Borough.
