Attention: Ms Margaret Campbell
Dear Ms Campbell

Thank you for your freedom of information request (attached). Our Parks & Countryside Manager has responded below to your questions 1-5:

1. Arrangements for allotments are managed through the Parish and Town Councils - specifically Bracknell Town Council, Sandhurst Town Council, Binfield Parish Council and Winkfield Parish Council. There are no allotment sites in the Parishes of Warfield or Crowthorne.

Bracknell Forest Council published a study of open space in 2006. This was carried out in accordance with Government guidance set out within Planning and Policy Guidance 17 (PPG17) and includes a general assessment of allotment provision.

The link below is to pdf copies of the study. The most relevant information begins at page 79 of the PPG17 Study Audit report (summarising provision at Parish level). Map 5 indicates the location of each site.
http://www.bracknell-forest.gov.uk/envir...

2. and 5. There are 12 sites, totalling 5.8 hectares - encompassing 305 plots (some of which are half size).

3. and 4. Bracknell Forest Council do not hold specific details on waiting lists.

Yours sincerely
