Please would you acknowledge the following requests:
1. Please could you send us the Tenancy Agreement that the Council
currently uses for allotment plots in the Council?
2. Please could you send us the previous Tenancy Agreement for
allotment plots in the Council?
3. Was the agreement changed following a public consultation?
4. Please could you send us the documentation associated with this
consultation that highlights the change in Tenancy Agreement for
allotment plots in the Council?
5. Is the Council planning to change the current Tenancy Agreement
for allotment plots in the Council within the next 12 months?
6. Can you please send us the cost of an allotment within your
Council for the years: 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and what they will be
for 2012 and 2013.
7. Can you please send us the cost of using water as charged to
individual plot holders within your Council for the years: 2008,
2009, 2010, 2011 and what they will be for 2012 and 2013.

I refer to your information request dated 19 October 2011 received by the
Council on 19 October 2011 in which you ask for the following information:
1. Please could you send us the Tenancy Agreement that the Council
currently uses for allotment plots in the Council?

Information given
The Council can only give you part of your requested information. The
information that I can give you is detailed below:
1. Please find attached a copy of Tenancy Agreements for both Allers
and Richmond Allotments.
2. The attached Tenancy Agreements have never been altered,
therefore South Lanarkshire Council do not hold any previous Tenancy
Agreements.
3. As mentioned previously the Tenancy Agreements have never been
altered, therefore these have never been changed following a public
consultation.
4. Due to the Tenancy Agreements never being altered there is no
documentation associated with any consultation that highlights any change
in the Tenancy Agreement.
5. There are no current plans for South Lanarkshire Council to
change the current Tenancy Agreement for allotment plots within the next
12 months.

mentioned above in question 6a (Concession prices). Concession prices are
only available at Allers Allotment.
Information held back in terms of section 17 of FOISA
The Council is unable to give you some of this information because it does
not have part of the requested information as detailed below:
6b. We are unable to provide any costs for an allotment for years 2012
and 2013.
7a. We are unable to provide costs of using water as charged to
individual plot holders for years 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011.

8b. We are unable to provide rates of discount available for renting an

Request for Review
